Alcoholism, also known as alcohol addiction, is a broad term for problems with alcohol, and is generally used to mean compulsive and uncontrolled consumption of alcoholic beverages. It is called a “dual disease” since it includes both mental and physical components. This disease is dangerous and complicated as said by doctors, especially when the patients are already diagnose with this in years. Alcoholism can be prevented and solved by stopping to drink alcoholic beverages, changing our lifestyle, eating and drinking the right amount and the right type of food, and exercising regularly. There’s nothing impossible to recover from this disease, just have faith and hope that you can pass the obstacles that you will encounter, and at the end you’ll win and get the prize, that will make you feel good inside and out. There’s nothing wrong to drink alcoholic beverages but we have to be disciplined in drinking them. Remember, alcohol can give you happiness but in the end it will give you painfulness. It can destroy lives in every future.
